Single-Day Venue Rental

Package Price: $7,500
Includes up to 200 guests | Single-day rental, available 7 days a week
For events exceeding 200 guests, please contact us for custom pricing and accommodations.

Micro Wedding or Weekday Event

Package Price: $7,700
All-inclusive for up to 50 guests | Available Sunday–Thursday only

What’s Included:

  • Private venue rental for your ceremony and reception or special event

  • 4-hour experience, perfectly timed for photos, ceremony, and reception:

    • 1 hour for photos

    • 1-hour ceremony

    • 2-hour reception

  • Two professional photographers for full coverage

  • Bridal bouquet and boutonniere (seasonal florals)

  • Custom cake (serves up to 50 guests)

  • Sparkling cider or champagne toast

  • Tables, chairs, and linens included

  • Full setup and cleanup by our staff

  • Access to our rustic décor package featuring arch, candles, and country-style accents

  • Onsite coordination and event management from our experienced team

  • Morning: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • Evening: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Optional Add-On: Appetizer Hour
Want a little more time to mingle? Add an Appetizer Hour for $500, which extends your total rental time by one hour.

At A Touch of Country, every booking—whether you’re planning a large weekend wedding or an intimate weekday event—comes with access to all the rustic, whimsical and practical touches that make our venue unforgettable.

Time & Access

  • 11-hour venue access on your event day: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM

    • 1 additional hour (10:00–11:00 PM) to gather personal items

  • 1-hour rehearsal time on the Thursday before your event (for weddings only)


Setup, Staffing & Coordination

  • Full setup and cleanup (excluding any personal items you bring)

  • Onsite coordination team, including a dedicated ceremony day coordinator

  • Parking attendants and ample parking for your guests

  • Clearly marked smoking area


Ceremony & Reception Essentials

  • Beautiful white pergola for your ceremony backdrop

  • 40x60 draped barn with white lights for reception space

  • 20x60 covered patios for both dancing and catering

  • Covered bar area with lighting

  • Gas fire pit for cozy gatherings

  • Swamp cooler and patio heaters to help with warm or cool weather

  • Jock box (no tap required) + 2 keg garbage cans

  • Freezer for ice
