    What’s Included:

    Friday (5 PM – 10 PM):

    • Rehearsal and optional rehearsal dinner (food and beverage not included)

    • Indoor decorating access to barn and reception spaces

    • Full setup of tables, chairs, bar, and catering areas by our team

    Saturday (11 AM – 11 PM):

    • Full access for your wedding or event

    • Music and festivities must end by 10 PM (vendors may stay until 11 PM for breakdown)

    Sunday (9 AM – 12 PM):

    • Return for relaxed decor pickup

    • Full teardown of all venue items handled by our team

    Amenities Include:

    • Private rental of the barn, courtyard, ceremony lawn, and dressing suites

    • Restrooms, on-site parking, and full property access

    • 8 large farm tables with assorted runners

    • Round tables with black linen or white lace (expanded linen options available)

    • 250 white ceremony chairs + 160 reception chairs

    • Picnic tables for additional outdoor seating

    • Access to curated rustic décor: arch, lanterns, signage, and more
